Founded in 2001 StillageNet Materials Handling Rental Division now operates the largest fleet of Portable Racking in the UK. Our Rental StakRack System (formerly known in the industry as CHEPRACK or CHEP rack) converts level floor space instantly into a flexible racking system.  The Rental StakRack System is available for long or short term hire, providing a cost-effective solution to fluctuating production and storage demands.

The Rental StakRack was originally designed to carry a palletised load of 1000kg and to be stacked 4 high.  Each unit is rigid therefore no construction or assembly is required.  The units also nest when not in use for convenient storage and efficient transportation.

StillageNet Materials Handling Rental Divisions latest addition is the Folding Large Container (FLC) or StillageNet Collapsible Plastic Box (CPB).  Designed to work in the most demanding manufacturing and distribution environments these units bring multiple benefits to the entire supply chain.

These robust modular units are moulded in tough structural foam and designed to protect product and provide an effective storage and distribution solution. They are fully collapsible for cost efficient storage and return journeys.  They have an 800L storage capacity and have 2 access doors.

Sizes are 1200mm x 1000mm x 975mm overall height.  These Rental CPB’s are available for long or short term hire, providing a cost effective solution to fluctuating production and storage demands.
